Delivery Terms
Once we have received your order and you ask us to deliver it, we see it as our responsibility to get things to you in time for your special occasion. If I don't think we can reliably do this with the Delivery service you have chosen we will call you and tell you. To allow us to make this undertaking it is most important you inform us of the date you placed your order online.
Delivery to UK Addresses
Choose from three delivery services;
STANDARD DELIVERY (?3.50)
Your GroBox will normally be packed the working day after we receive your order and will arrive with you up to 5 working days later. However, orders placed on the website after 1600 on Saturday or Sunday will be packed and dispatched on the following Tuesday to arrive with you up to 5 working days later.
Unless you are confident someone will be "in" at the time of delivery make sure you fill in the Delivery Notes when checking out. Notes such as "If out please leave in garage" or "Please deliver to number 22" will ensure your GroBox is delivered and the requirement for a signature will be waived so make sure the alternative is reasonably secure.
THREE-DAY DELIVERY (?5.50)
Your parcel will be packed the working day after we receive your order and sent by Royal Mail 48hour to arrive with you two to three working days later.
However, orders placed on the website after 1600 on Saturday or on a Sunday will be packed and dispatched on the following Tuesday to arrive with you by Thursday or Friday.
NB. A Signature is normally required for this service. Unless you are confident someone will be "in" at the time of delivery make sure you fill in the Delivery Notes when checking out. Notes such as "If out please leave in garage" or "Please deliver to number 22" will ensure your Grobox is delivered and a requirement for a signature is waived so make sure the alternative is reasonably secure.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (?7.20)
Provided you order before 1400 your Grobox will be sent the same day by Royal mail Special Delivery Express service. Royal Mail Guarantee delivery to most areas of UK on the next working day by 1700. However, orders placed on the website after 1600 on Friday, Saturday or on a Sunday will be packed and dispatched on the following Monday to arrive with you on Tuesday.
Delivery to Overseas Addresses
Guide Price to overseas destinations are given below. When placing your order you will be charged according to this table.
However if you want to send an order in Switzerland we will email you confirming Swiss custom charges, as they are erratic.
