If you are new to this site or to online shopping you might find it helpful to look at our "How to Home Page" before you dig in.

We are usually available to callers but depending on the time of day you may need to leave a message and the customer services team will get back to you. (We apologise for this in advance if this happens to you)

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta and Solo cards. Please note that your card will only be debited once your order has been packed for dispatch and in most cases actually sent.
All prices shown on this site are quoted in ?s Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT. Most of our products are available online (website) and offline in craft shops (Catalogue available March 06). If you find a discrepancy between online prices and prices offline please report it to us and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter.
Overseas Customers
For overseas customers the online prices are displayed in pounds. Your debit card will be charged in Pounds Sterling, your account is held and depends on the exchange rate (and other debit/ credit charges) your debit/credit card company charge for the transaction on the day they receive it.
If your order is being sent to an address outside the European Community (EU) then the UK VAT will be included in the online prices where appropriate but only at the time we process your order at Grobox Gardens Ltd. The online order summary will still show prices inclusive of VAT. The correction will be made later and a statement of how much we have charged your debit/credit card company will be sent with your order. In most cases deducting VAT will reduce the cost by between 10% and 14%.
If your order is sent to an address in a member state of the EC then online prices (which include VAT) will be applied.
Please note GroBox Gardens Ltd cannot take responsibility for customs and / or import duties, which might be levied on your gift as it reaches your destination country.
Credit Card Security
All GroBox Gardens Ltd purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest SSL (secure sockets Layout) technology and a secure server. Your payment details are held in an encrypted format until we place your order. Your credit card isn't debited until after we have received the order and processed it and it is ready for dispatch. To ensure maximum credit card security we use Barclays Banking Online Services to add protection to your card details.
Bulb/ Corm / Plant Safety
Please ensure that the bulbs/ corms and tubers are kept out of the reach of small children.
Adults should always supervise their use with children under 8 years old. Please ensure that this product is not consumed. If it is consumed please seek medical advice immediately.
Customer Mailing
Along with other mail order companies we occasionally make our customer lists available
(name and Addresses) to other carefully selected companies that may be of interest to you. If you wish to receive these mailings please email us or tick our opt in box so we can amend our records accordingly.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase please return the goods within 14 days and we will refund you in full, excluding postage costs.
Gift List
To help you with planning for your gifts we can send you our catalogue and you can insert the names online along with their birthdays / special occasions and dates and we will email you 4 weeks before with our Grobox choice. You can then order online toghether with a personal message and your gift will be dispatched in time for your special occasion.
